My Easter Lily

Barb and Add gave me beautiful lilies for Easter.  Aren't they pretty on the kitchen table?!

Easter With The Toyntons

We spent Easter with Grandma, Grandpa and Great Grandma Toynton and the Fullertons.  The Easter Bunny traveled to Walworth too-he had a tower of sand toys and new swim trunks waiting for Auggie at his grandparent's house!  Thanks Easter Bunny!

Great Grandma Christine and her three great grandchildren.

We had a great brunch at The Hunt Club, Geneva National.

Getting cozy with Grandpa and Grandma Toynton.

Easter Morning

The Easter Bunny , as promised, snuck in this morning and left hidden Easter eggs around the house.

Auggie's discovery of his first two eggs.

....up to roughly thirteen eggs.

What's that in the corner?!!

A giant dump truck with an Easter basket in it?!!

The unveiling.

The dumping.

Easter basket-smeaster basket, let's get back to the dump truck.

Who said you can't cuddle a dump truck?

Happy Easter!

Cute Cousins

Addison came over for a visit while Auntie Michelle went to an Easter party at Kendall's school.  On a break from wrestling, I managed to get a few cute pics of the boys cuddling.

Day At The Park

Swimming Lessons

Auggie successfully transitioned to yet another swim teacher at Swimtastic.  The winter session was a bit of a disappointment as the teacher, Mr. Ryan, was not challenging enough-to the point where Auggie's hair was frequently dry at the end of session!  I am very satisfied with his latest teacher, Miss Chantelle.  We're only three sessions in and I can already see the difference: swim goggles in place, lots of underwater swimming and no coddling!  In short, Auggie has been exhausted after each lesson.

My little swim bug.

Arranging the Easter-themed ducks.

Miss Chantelle does a great job of balancing business and pleasure-very animated and very firm when necessary.

Making his ascent up the giant slide.

I left swimming lessons today feeling really good that we've stuck with it.  I'm seeing progress and am hopeful that we'll have a great summer swimming at Wirth park.

Busy Weekend

Auggie had a very busy weekend, beginning with play time with Gordy on Friday.  Saturday, while Momma worked, Daddy and Auggie went to spend the morning with Grandma, Grandpa and Great Grandma Toynton in Walworth.  After nap we met up with friends at Stonefire Pizza in New Berlin.

Auggie with my friend (and former co-worker) Ni'Cole's kids, Katie and Charlie.

Take two.

Auggie devouring pizza as Izzy (another former co-worker's daughter) watches on.

Auggie and Izzy manning the train table together.

Our first time braving the water tables.  Why the first time, you ask?  Typically the water is very odiferous in a unpleasant and mysterious way.  Not so on Saturday, perhaps we arrived right after a recent filtering.

Katie and Auggie getting wet side by side.

Building a lego rocket.

Working in the pizza shop with Katie and Charlie.

Bowling with Izzy.
