The Big Backyard

Sarah, Michaya and baby Dylan spent the day with us and we started it by going to The Big Backyard in New Berlin, an indoor playground.  It was definitely a hit and will prove to be very useful in those long, cold winter days.

Looking cute inside a playhouse.

Michaya and Auggie making their ascent up into the giant climber.

Auggie giving his date a lift on the back of his Vespa.

Baby Dylan hanging out.

Beautiful family, Michaya, Sarah and Dylan.

Auggie could not get enough of holding baby Dylan.  He was very gentle and loving, kissing his forehead and holding his hands.

Possibly the cutest photo ever!!!

Trick or Treating in Hartland

Auggie and I went over to Auntie Michelle's house to go trick or treating with Kendall and Addison in their neighborhood tonight.

Grandma Toynton bought this beaver costume for Auggie.  Auggie protested quite a bit at first but it turned out to be the best costume for the weather.

"Road Kill"

Kendall the beautiful princess, Auggie the beaver and Addison the pirate.

Funky Beaver.
Auntie Michelle, the cutest photo ever!

After awhile, Auggie really got the hang of picking out candy.

Kendall did such a good job of watching her cousin!

Auggie's First Hockey Game

Mathew and Niccoli gave us their tickets to the Milwaukee Admirals' hockey game tonight and we decided it was time for Auggie to experience what it's like.  We had a great time, thanks for the tickets guys!!

Auggie and I posing in front of the ice at the Bradley Center.

We only stayed until half time but I was thrilled to watch the Admirals score three points and witness a great fight break out, leading to one of our players to get booted out of the game!
Fights are always crowd pleasers.

We ate a ton of popcorn and chocolate ice cream together.

A man sitting next to us gave Auggie some "Bam-Bams" to whack together throughout the game.

Auggie fell in love with the Admirals' mascot, Roscoe and this pirate ship that shot t-shirts out into the crowd.

Dada is attacking Auggie with the bam-bams.

Another thing Auggie was intensely fond of, the mini-blimp (which Auggie referred to as "rocket").

Spooktacular At The Milwaukee Zoo

Aaron, Auggie (our little cowboy) and I met our friends Mathew, Niccoli, Gordon and baby Truman at the Milwaukee Zoo for "Spooktacular".  Here's the photos of our fun night together.

Holding hands with his best friend.

Auggie was thrilled to find an enormous pumpkin, "Big One.....!!!"

Mathew, Gordon, Niccoli and baby Truman sleeping in his stroller to the right.

We met more of Niccoli's friends from college at the zoo.  Here's a photo of all the kids together.  It proved to be a very difficult shot to capture.

In the background you will notice a scarecrow which turned out the be a real person that would occasionally sit up.  Auggie was not scared initially but when running into further scarecrows he would freeze and say, "I'm scared."

Cowboy and Alligator.

Getting Geared Up For Trick-or-Treating at the Zoo!!!

Auggie's first costume this Halloween is a cowboy costume that his cousin Addison wore a few years back.  He'll be donning a different costume next Friday, but we'll keep that one a surprise for now.

Auggie is certainly a lucky little guy especially when it comes to having fabulous great grandmas!  Auggie had the pleasure of seeing Great Grandma Christine last weekend and this weekend he visited with Great Grandma Sue!
